Only you can see your results. They become visible to employers only when you choose to share them.

We’ve got two test levels:

Basic Test – A quick, easy sign-up step that takes just a few minutes. It gives us an initial read on your 9 key competencies.

Advanced Testing – Optional but highly recommended. It fine-tunes your scores, making them more reliable and boosting your chances of getting noticed by top employers. If two candidates have similar strengths, the one with the more reliable scores gets matched first.

Time – You can solve additional testing at your own pace. No rush—you can pause and pick up anytime. We’ll even send you a friendly reminder. Remember, the more tasks you solve, the better.

Simply register, enter the job information for the position you need to fill, and use AI to select the competencies required for the job. The system will show you candidates who best match the requested competencies.

Candidates are already tested through Talentstripe, and the system shows how well they fit the job. After that, you can contact them and, if needed, further test them outside the application.

Employers primarily spend credits (tokens) to get in touch with desired candidates. The number of credits required depends on the position being filled and the degree of match between the candidate’s profile and the organization’s needs.

Because the number of credits varies based on each role and match level, Talentstripe offers flexible credit packages:
